This fragrant spice blend has unique sweet aroma, and complex flavor. Mostly used as the base of most of Maharashtrian recipes, from a delicious vegetable dish or a luscious meat to the very basic lentil stew for an extraordinary taste. Also can be used as a meat rub before grilling or roasting for an authentic flavor.
Usage:
Goda masala is used in small quantity at the end of cooking or fried in the beginning of cooking.
Ingredients:
Coriander, Sesame, Coconut, Cinnamon (Cassia), Chili, Clove, Nagkesar, Peanut Oil, Bay leaf, Salt and Asafoetida (Hing).
