Mekelesha (Wot Kimen) is a blend of 7 spices, used mostly in Ethiopian Stew dishes. It isadded as a “finishing” spice blend, to give the extra finishing flavor, fragrance and appetizing aroma.
Ingredients:
Black pepper, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cumin, Nutmeg, Long Pepper, Cloves.
