A perfect blend of spices & herbs to make a ‘spaghetti sauce’ with a distinguished flavor of Italy. Also can be used as a base for any Italian dish or any tomato-based sauce or entrée. Ingredients: Onion, Basil, Garlic, Oregano, Black Pepper, Lemon Peel, Parsley, Bay Leaf.
To make spaghetti sauce: In a medium skillet cook 1lb lean ground beef until brown, Drain excess fat. Stir in 1/4 cup spaghetti seasoning mix, 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste, and 1 cup water, 1 can (15 oz.) whole tomatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Just boil the pasta, serve on a plate with the spaghetti sauce over it, and enjoy.
