Spinach Couscous
Spinach Couscous is a semolina pasta, colored with spinach powder and alfalfa extract. It
features the fragrant aroma and beautiful color of Spinach and light fluffy texture, pairs with a wide range of flavors.
Use as a base for salads, add to soups or serve with long-braised Moroccan Tagine stews.
Basic Prep: Bring 1-1/4 cups water to a boil with a pinch of salt (opt) and 1 tbsp butter or
olive oil. Stir in 1 cup of couscous, remove from heat, cover and let sit for 5 min., Fluff & serve.
