Brown Flaxseeds are the seed of the flax plant, a most powerful plant-based food that add
much bolder, toasty taste & pleasant crunch to foods. Seeds are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, fiber and higher in antioxidants than golden.
It is a non-allergenic alternative to peanuts and tree nuts. Use as-is or toast prior to use,
or ground into flax meal and added to recipes for added fiber and nutrition.
Substitute some flour in baking recipes or stirred into sauces or stews, or sprinkle over cereal or salads, blend into smoothies or nutritional drinks.
