Fine Brown Bulgur is a whole red wheat berries that are parboiled, dried, ground and sifted to fine grain. It is a nutritious, versatile wheat with a richer-nutty flavor and tender chewy texture.
Fine brown bulgur are used in Tabbouleh salad, kibbe, baked goods and in any recipe as a substitute for rice.
Rinse and stir 2 cups boiling water into 1 cup bulgur and let stand 10 minutes, drain excess water. Fluff with fork before serving.
