Adriatic ‘Sale di Cervia’ is harvested from salt flats at Cervia, Italy’s Adriatic coast, and also known as ‘White Gold”. ‘Salina di Cervia’ is sea salt with 2-4% natural humidity, preserves all of the minor elements found in sea water.
Absence of mother brine which contains the bitter chlorides makes it excellent for finishing foods.
Use ‘Salina di Cervia’ to season vegetables, carpaccio, roasted meats, grilled fish, salads and more.
