Ajwain Powder (Trachyspermum copticum) / Ground Carom Seed

Mistakenly called ‘Lovage seed’ or Bishop's weed.

These ground seed/ fruit pods have a bitter and pungent taste, & smell like thyme but more aromatic and stronger.
