Dried flower buds of Albizia julibrissin, commonly known as silk tree flower. This beautiful, fragrant flowers, widely recognized as the "happiness herb" and has sweet & bitter flavor.

Used in Chinese herbal medicine for relieving anxiety, stress and depression.*

To make Tea:In a warm tea pot put 1-2tsp flowers,pour a cup of hot water (190-205ºF), steep for 5-10 minutes, strain, and drink it on an empty stomach 2 times during the day.
