Tangy sauce for anything fried--schnitzel, falafel, wings..
I wish they sold this in smaller jars, as it takes a while to finish this one. But the taste is exactly what I was looking for--spicy, sweet, salty and sour all at once.

I added the Amba Sauce to roasted tomatoes. The combination was excellent. I plan on using it again.
