Ashanti Pepper West African

Ashanti pepper is close relative to cubeb
pepper but has very distinctive flavor.

Flavor & Taste: Aromatic, fruity, outstanding
lingering taste, Pungent, less bitter & more fresher
& aromatic than Cubeb berry.

Uses: Pair with classic sauces, stews, soups, rice,
porridge, chicken, meat and fish dishes.

Note: Crush a few grains are in a pestle & mortar before added.
