TGFOP (Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe).
Assam Organic Tea grown in Assam State of Northeastern India. Plentiful golden tips on leaves & hearty body qualify this tea at the top of its class. Widely used as 'morning breakfast tea' for it's dark reddish brown color and strong, tart & malty flavor.
To Make Tea: In a warm tea pot put 1-2 tsp tea, pour a cup of hot water (194-205°F), steep for 3-5 minutes (For stronger tea increase the steeping time), strain and drink. It takes milk well and can usually use a bit of sugar or other sweetener.
