Astragalus Root / Hang QI (Astragalus Membranaceus)

Astragalus root used as a general tonic, it builds energy and boost overall vitality. It increases white blood cells, strengthens the natural defense, protects liver and lung function, restores immune system of the body.

To make Tea: Use 1tsp roots ((may add 1 tsp ginger root) in a cup of boiling water, steep 30 minutes, strain and drink with honey 1-3 Cups per day.
