Gulf of Arabia Spice Blend

This warm-aromatic-spicy blend of spices used widely in the recipes of Arabic and Iraqi cooking, around Gulf States.
  Mostly used to flavor lamb, beef, chicken, or even fish before grilling. Also, can be added to
Rice-pilafs or biryani dishes, or add to soups, stews, broths and tomato-based sauces to
 impart rich-depth and enrich the flavor.
Suggestion:  Add 1-2 tbsp blend /lb meat. Add saffron powder for additional flavor, if desired. 
Ing: Cumin, Allspice, Coriander, Paprika, Black pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cayenne 
powder, Turmeric, Ginger, Cloves, Nutmeg.
