Bancha is a Japanese green tea, harvested from the second flush between summer & autumn, from the same tree as sencha grade, plucked later than sencha. It is a popular grade of green tea for a light and delicate brew, has grassy and slightly dry flavor.
To Make Tea: Add 1-2 tsp of green tea into your teapot. Pour water (160°F to 170°F) into the teapot & steep for approximately 2-3 minutes. Strain and serve.
