(A Caribbean-Style Jerk Rub)Use this sweet-and-spicy seasoning used as a dry rub on ribs, dark meat portions of chicken and turkey, or boneless duck breast, fish, steak, or just about anything else, before grilling.

Suggested Uses:
Use this dry rub 1-½ tsp per pound of meat.
Allow to sit on raw meat for 10-15 minutes before cooking to maximize flavor
Paprika, Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce Powder, Cinnamon, All Spice, Garlic, Black Pepper, Red Pepper, Nutmeg, Ginger, Vinegar Powder, Cumin, Cayenne Pepper.
