“Berber tea” a traditional mint tea from the villages of the Atlas Mountains in the south west of Morocco a true culture of Marakash friendship & hospitality. This exotic tea is a blend of dried mint, herbs & flower, makes an thirst-quenching, refreshing and energizing tea.*
Ingredients: Spearmint, Peppermint, Green tea, Lemon Verbena, Lemongrass, Wormwood, Rose Petals, Thyme.
To Make Tea: Fill the teapot with boiling water (one cup per person) and put 1tsp tea blend /cup, then bring it back to a boil. Once it boiled, strain & pour into glasses, and sweeten with sugar. Serve with bread and olive oil to dip it in, and enjoy the wonderful tea of Berber tradition.
