Bergamot Herb / Bee Balm (Mentha Citrata)

Bergamot is a perennial herb also known as ‘Bergamot Mint’, ‘Eau de Cologne Mint’. Bergamot alleviates stress, tension, stomachaches, sore throats, nausea, parasites and other digestive disorders. It is also used for fevers and headaches.*

To make Tea: Steep 1 tsp Bergamot herb in a cup of boiling water for 3-5 minutes, strain & drink.
