Wild bergamot or bee balm, is a wildflower in the mint family, is noted for its fragrance, and is a source of oil of thyme. The Leaves are brewed into a refreshing, aromatic herbal tea. Used in the treatment of colds, catarrh, headaches, and gastric disorders, to reduce fevers and soothe sore throat, to relieve flatulence, nausea.
To make Tea: Steep 1 tsp Bergamot herb in a cup of boiling water for 3-5 minutes, strain & drink.
