This fine ground whole grain flour is made from whole Black Chickpeas (Bengal gram/ Kala Chana), including the black skin, gives the flour dark brownish black color, but very tasty and nutritious.
It is a powerhouse of nutrients, and has low glycemic index, and frequently used in Indian cuisines for its earthier flavor and high fiber content. Contains a high proportion of proteins, carbohydrates but no gluten.
