A selected Black Peppercorn is smoked over
hickory wood, producing a smooth, robust,
smoky flavor and mouthwatering aroma that
is a delicious complement to many dishes.
Smoked black peppercorns make for a
good finishing pepper.

Great in rubs or seasoning blends. Sprinkle
in barbecue sauces, meat rubs, & chicken
or fish dishes. Grind fresh on top of grilled
meats, vegetables, salsas, etc.
