Persian blue salt, a unique, rarest & precious salt, harvested from ancient dry sea salt mine from ancient Persian mines. Rich in sylvite, a potassium mineral, that gives a beautiful blue hue (from potassium chloride), and lower sodium content compared to table salt, adding color and flavor to dishes. 
Support heart health and flavor dishes as a finishing or cooking salt It is very dry salt, 
grind them in your salt mill to suit your table decoration or crack them roughly with 
a pestle and mortar.
