BBQ Spice MixThis authentic bbq spice blend captures the essence of Brazilian flavors and specially used as a seasoning and bbq mushrooms and as a rub on meats, chicken or fish before grilling.

Ingredients: paprika, ginger, salt, garlic, onion, cumin, coriander seed, coriander leaf, allspice, cinnamon, pepper, chili.

Recipe to bbq mushrooms:
Mix in a bowl 4 cleaned and sliced mushrooms, 2 garlic cloves crushed, 1tsp lime juice and 2tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, marinade for 20-30 minutes. Add 2tsp spice mix to the marinated mushroom mixture, mix, let stand for 10-15 minutes. Place the mushrooms in the preheated bbq plate, grill carefully turning until mushrooms are golden brown and done.
