Bugleweed Herb (Lycopus Americanus)

Bugleweed known for powerful expectorant & anti-tussive properties, to treat cough, reduce fever & mucus production in the flu & colds. It may limit iodine absorption in the thyroid. Used in combination with lemon balm and motherwort for treating patients with overactive thyroid.

To make Tea: Steep 1 tsp herb in a cup of boiling water for 15 minutes. Strain and drink 2-3 times a day.
