Cajun Seasoning
Cajun seasoning recipes come through the settling of Acadians in rural of southern Louisiana, where Cajun style cooking are a combination of country-style French and Southern cuisines.
It has a pleasant level of heat but are more pungent than Creole seasoning. Use for Louisiana-style chicken, fish and seafood. Cajun seasoning is a great blend for grilling steak, roasted vegetables, chicken or chops for robust and spicy flavor.
Add 1/2 tsp. per pound to ground beef or turkey for zesty Cajun burgers.
It is great sprinkled on vegetables and eggs, and makes wonderful Cajun fries
