Chamomile is well known fragrant flowering plant have sedative effects, and widely used for medicinal purposes. Best known as a sleep aid,relieve insomnia, ease anxiety and depression;boost immune system to relive colds, flu & allergies. Chamomile can also repel mosquitoes and act as a natural anti-fungal agent.*

To Prepare: Mix 1-2 tsp powder with hot tea, water, or other beverages, and sweeten as desired. It can also be sprinkled over soups or side dishes.
