meat". This authentic Seasoning boasts a
robust flavor profile to create a savory, smoky,
and tangy taste that perfectly complements
the natural flavors of the grilled meat.
Rub 4tbsp seasoning over 3lb steak, firmly
pound with to a thickness of 1/4 inch. Cover &
refrigerator for 24 hours. Remove the steak
and cook on the preheated grill (5 min/ side)
for medium-rare. Remove steak from grill
and slice across the grain and serve.
