Superfine Crystalline Golden Sugar

Golden Caster (Castor) Sugar is a superfine variety of sweet, pale golden brown, crystalline sucrose, made from natural unrefined sugar cane that contain a level of molasses which gives them their light golden colour.

It is a dry, free-flowing sugar that has unique richness, a slightly buttery flavour and sweet caramelised taste! It dissolves quickly and performs same way as regular caster sugar in baking cakes, muffin and cookies, without any fudgy texture when used brown sugar.
