CCF (Cumin, Coriander & Fennel Seeds) Spice mix
CCF Spice is a Ayurvedic Digestive tea blend made from the most common aromatic
cumin, coriander and fennel seeds. It has a complex taste, rich, earthy and warming
and a little bitter flavor.
CCF spice mix can be used for soups, stews and other hot dishes, sprinkle on the salads
or add to teas. Raw blend is usually used at the beginning of the cooking process.
To make Tea: Add 1tsp CCF seed mixture to 1 cup of water, bring the water to a boil,
reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Strain and enjoy on its own, or add a pinch cinnamon and honey. Drink CCF tea before, during or after meals to help your body absorb and assimilate nutrients and promote digestive comfort.
This spice blend supports the GI tract, strengthening the digestive system
without aggravating 'Pitta' increasing physical stamina.
