Dehydrated Celery Stalk & has grassy & hay-like little bitter flavor, reminiscent of fennel & anise, but much milder.
Perfect for using in seasoning blends, salad dressings, stuffing, sauces, soups, stews, casseroles, vegetable, egg or potato dishes.
Uses: 1 Tbsp celery flakes per 1 small stalk of fresh celery.Add directly to soups or gravies, or to hydrate use 1 part dry celery flakes to 5 parts water, simmer for 10-15 minutes.
