This unique blend of Assam black tea leaf with spicy and sweet aromatic whole spices, to make warm, spicy- sweet & delicious Masala Chai (Indian Spiced tea).
Ingredients: Black tea, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Peppercorn, Fennel Seed, Cloves.
To Make Masala Chai: In a pan pour 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tsp (tea and spice) blend (make sure to mix the blend before scooping), bring to a boil. Lower the heat, stir in 1/2 tsp sugar or any sweetener of your choice. Bring to boil again, turn off heat, cover & steep for 3-5 min. strain & serve.
