Champignon Mushrooms (Agaricus
bisporus) also called "White Button" mushrooms
and the powder is made from 100% pure finely
ground dried champignon mushrooms. This fine,
cream-colored powder captures the mild, earthy
flavor of the champignon.
Used as a great flavoring agent for dry soup
mixes, spice blends. Add to gravy, sauces,
cream soups or stews to increase mushroom
flavor. Use in dry rubs for meats, poultry or
fish. Add to the dry mix for fresh pasta dough.
Does not need to be rehydrated prior to use.
