Chestnut Powder, Raw

Raw Chestnut Powder is a sweet, earthy, smooth-textured, white to light tan nut flour made from raw chestnuts ground without their bitter skins.

It is lower in protein and fat, higher in carbohydrates, gluten free powder.

Well suited to use in dishes ranging from pasta dough and breads to pastries, cookies, crepes and pie crusts.

Can be substituted for some wheat flour when baking.
