Chickpea (Garbanzo Bean) Flour, Gluten Free

Chickpea flour is made by fine grinding dried raw chickpeas, a delicious, creamiest and tastiest bean, high in fiber and is a popular ingredient for gluten free baking, lends a sweet, rich flavor to Middle Eastern and Indian cooking & baking.

Use in falafel, hummus, papadums, fritters, crackers, pizza crusts, and breads. Used to thicken soups, sauces and gravies.

Use 7/8 cup to replace 1 cup of wheat flour in baked goods.
