These split Chickpeas (Kabuli Chana ) are split large cream-colored irregular round Chickpea (Garbanzo) beans. Have firm texture and a mild, nutty flavor. Excellent in soups, salads and side dishes. Roast it to make a healthy snack. When mashed, it have smooth, creamy texture, perfect for hummus-based dishes.
Basic preparation: Wash, rinse & soak overnight. Add 4 Cups of water / Cup of Bean, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 60-90 minutes or until desired tenderness (add more water as needed).
