Gold Plum Brand is generally considered to be the best, and took first prize in the prestigious French Laurier d”Or de la Qualite Internationale awards in 1985.Brewed from high quality glutinous rice,witha rich and sophisticated flavors and aromas, this caramel-colored vinegar is milder than Western vinegars. It has a salty, slightly acidic flavor.
