Mexican Sausage Seasoning
Chorizo sausage seasoning isloaded with real Mexican flavor, used to make Mexican-style chorizo. To make Mexican-style Chorizo sausage:
Add ¼ cup cider vinegar in 2tbsp Chorizo spice mix, add 1lb ground meat, knead until spice mixture is well incorporated into the meat, place in an airtight container and store overnight in fridge. Form chorizo meat into small patties or just scramble and fry the meat in a skillet until done.
