Cilantro is the leafy herb of Coriander plant (Dhania Patta), and also called ‘Chinese parsley’. Cilantro is has a very pungent odor and citrus like taste.
Mostly sprinkled on the top of cooked dishes. adds color and a great tasting flavor. Also in curries, sauces, soups, stews, scrambled eggs, salsa & salads.
Cilantro is used to help aid in digestion, improve appetite and relieve gas and constipation.
