Cilantro is the leafy herb of Coriander plant (Dhania Patta), and also called ‘Chinese parsley’. Cilantro is has a very pungent odor and citrus like taste. Cilantro is rich in vital vitamins and antioxidants.
Mostly sprinkled on the top of cooked dishes, adds color and a great tasting flavor.
Mix 1 to 2 tsp with water, juice, yogurt or add to your favorite smoothie.
