Coco Beans, Pink

Pink beans are soft and creamy bean is great in casseroles, stews, minestrone and curries. Pink Coco Beans are a good source of protein and are high in dietary fiber. This bean can be substituted for any borlotti beans.

Soak beans overnight or for a minimum of 8 hours, drain away the water, rinse and boil in fresh water for a minimum of 40-45 minutes or Cook until the beans are tender.
