These great sweet coconut flakes from ripe, mature coconuts, sliced into large, thin flakes and sweetened.

Great for baking and decorating, or as topping to a sweetness to any dish.Can be toasted to a light brown color for enhanced appearance and flavor. Add toasted coconut flakes to vanilla ice cream, create chocolate chip and coconut cookies, macaroons, or coconut cream pie.

Ingredients: Coconut , Sugar, Water, Propylene Glycol, Salt, Sodium Metabisulfite (to retain whiteness)
