10X Powdered Sugar, Confectioner's Sugar

This powdered cane sugar is the granulated cane sugar pulverized (10 times) to a smooth, soft powder and then sifted, to give very fine, powdered sugar with an exceptionally smooth texture.

This powder is a perfect ingredient for enhancing a variety of of confections! Ideal for making icings or frostings for cake and cupcakes, glazes, fudge, and candy-making.

A small amount of corn starch is added to this powder to prevent caking.
