To Make Tea: Bring to boil a heaping tsp tea w/ 1/2-3/4 cup of water and 1tsp sugar. when it's boiling, add 1/4-1/3 cup of whole milk, bring to a boil turn off the heat , Strain into your teacup. Sip warm & enjoy.
