Coriander powder is the ground aromatic fruit-seed of a flowering herb called Dhania
(India), also known as cilantro (North America) or Chinese parsley. It has a delicate sweet fragrance and smooth taste. It has stronger flavor profile than Moroccan coriander powder, with stronger nuttiness and citrus notes.
Mostly used in Indian savory dishes. Also used in Mexican, Middle Eastern and African cuisines.
Suggested Uses:
Used to enhance the aroma & flavor of savory dishes and as a thickener. Used mostly in spice blends or added with other spices as flavor enhancer in curries, gravies, soups, stews,
