Corn silk Powder (Zea mays L.)

Corn silks are the fine, silky hairs that run the length of an ear of corn. Corn silk protects and soothes the urinary tract and kidneys. Corn Silk is a safe and gentle herb to use in the treatment of bed wetting. Also may ease the pain of gout and arthritis.*

Corn Silk Tea: Use 1tbsp corn silk powder per cup of boiling water. Cover and let this steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain & cool, sweeten with raw honey to taste, drink 2-3 times a day (4 or 5 hours before bed).
