Ingredients: Yellow corn meal, Rice flour, Sugar, Shortening powder, Non fat dry milk, Potato Starch, Tapioca dextrin, Baking powder, Corn starch, Salt , Xanthan Gum.
Recipe : Mix 1-1/2cups mix with 1-1/4 cups water, 1/4 cup oil, 1 egg (or egg substitute). Mix just until blended. For muffins: Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes.
