Corned Beef Seasoning Blend

Corned beef is made from beef brisket, a cut of
 meat that is naturally tough. The meat is
seasoned in a brine and ‘corned beef seasoning 
blend’ of spices and is cooked slow with
 moisture at a very low for a  flavorful, tender
 corned beef, which gives it its characteristic 
and distinct and savory flavor that is rich, salty, 
and slightly tangy flavor profile.

Ing: Mustard seed, Ground peppercorns, Coriander, 
Allspice, Cardamom, Celery, Cloves, Red chili pepper 
crushed, Ginger, Bay leaves.
