Light Roast Yellow Cornmeal is a 100% whole grain yellow corn, lightly roasted before milled, and retains all the nutritious bran and germ.

Roasting gives a bit of color and a deeper & very nutty aromatic flavor and better taste over unroasted.

Use in muffin, pancakes or any place you use regular corn meal. Great for scrapple, mush, cornbread or as a fry meal for fish and chicken.
