Creole Seasoning
Creole seasoning is the perfect combination of Southern flavors, influenced by French,
Spanish & Southern cultures, offers deliciouslyflavored, heavy on herbs than Cajun seasoning (heavy on peppers). Perfect for seasoning your favorite Creole dishes like gumbo, catfish, craw fish, oysters, or any cut of meat, chicken.
Also excellent for seasoning rice, beans & grains, soups & salads.
Simple Recipe to make Creole Style Chicken:
Rub 2tsp ‘Creole Seasoning’ over 2lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts.
Melt 2tbsp butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken & cook until browned. Remove chicken & set aside.
Stir in ½ each thinly sliced green and red bell pepper, 1 thinly sliced onion into same skillet, stir until crisp-tender. Add 1 cup water and 1 diced tomatoes, bring to boil. Put the chicken breast, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 25 minutes or until chicken is tender & cooked through. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes before serving over cooked rice.

Paprika, Garlic, Salt, Cumin, Thyme, Oregano, Basil, Black Pepper, Rosemary, Onion, Cayenne Pepper.
