Cuban Seasoning
Cuban Seasoning is a Caribbean inspired blend of herbs and spices, often called "sazon completa". Used in many Cuban dishes that share spices and techniques with Spanish and African cooking, but gives a sunny Cuban treat.
Used to season Cuban inspired meat and chicken dishes, seafood, vegetables, soups, black beans and rice, salsa and salads. Also used as a dry rub on meat, chicken before grilling, or to create Cuban sandwiches. Mix Cuban Seasoning with tomato sauce to make a delicious salsa to serve with tacos and tamales.
